    Good brass

I've ordered this twice now, really good brass, it all goes through the swager as part of the case prep so no big deal with mil 5.56.

    .223/5.56

Posted by Trevor on 23rd Jan 2025

May contain some 5.56 actually contained over 50% 5.56 after I counted. I do not load the mil brass. Good quality and I only disposed of half a dozen or so but still a little misleading.

    Brass

Would have earned more stars for sure, only had to toss half a dozen due to damage. Problem was that the brass “may contain 5.56” unfortunately about 65% was 5.56. I am focused on .223 so it was an expensive gamble.

    223 brass

Was nervous by comments. Shouldn’t have been, great quality and a great price. Had extra cases in the bag and only messed one up which was my fault. WILL BUY AGAIN!!!

    .223 Unprocessed Brass

Posted by Larry on 12th Mar 2024

I prefer to purchase unprocessed brass so I can full-length resize and thereby get each case trimmed to the same length. This brass was washed and polished which is great. BEWARE! There were about 20 cases head stamped "AMNT" that I could NOT deprime, despite breaking multiple pins on, including an RCBS pin, a Hornady pin, and a heat-treated pin in a Lee decapping die. These went into the trash. I'll buy again knowing to sort out the AMNT brass. Still a great value.

    223/5.56 once fired brass

Posted by Hayden Rodney on 17th Dec 2023

This brass is in excellent condition and very well cleaned and polished and there is usually only 1 or 2 unusable cases per 1000 that I usually buy. And thats just do to a severe dent or smashed case neck but they compensate for that by giving you a few extra cases with each order you buy. Of all the once fired brass companies out there, Capital Cartridge is BY FAR the best and has the best prices and best quality once fired brass????

    223/556brass

Posted by KANEDA SHUN on 14th Sep 2023

First of all, the quality of brass was really good. As a result of calculating by weight, the additional quantity of 500+20~30 was included, so I'm really satisfied. However, about 60% to 70% of Headstemps were FC223rem, the remaining 20% were 556FC, and the other 10% were 556WMA, and 556LC. It's a little unfortunate that the proportion of 556 is low, but the rest of the others were perfect.
