I bought these twice, about 6 months apart. The first bag had three 357 magnum mixed in with the 38 specials. The first bag also had about a dozen out of 500 that would not accept a primer or would not go into the shell holder on my press. The 2nd bag of 500 has been perfect. As far as cleanliness, the outsides are all fine. The insides vary from shiny to nearly black. But none were dirty enough that I didn’t use them. Overall, I’m satisfied with the brass’s quality. The shipping was accurate and prompt. I will definitely buy brass from capital cartridge again.
